Use Flowera from Claude

You can connect Flowera to Claude and build your flows by chatting. Describe what you want, and Claude creates the flow in your workspace, sets up its steps, tests it, and changes it when you ask. What it builds are ordinary Flowera flows: you can open any of them on the canvas at any time.

The assistant inside the panel

Flowera's own assistant inside the panel is still being prepared. Until it opens, Flowera shows the steps below the first time you sign in, and any time after from Use with Claude at the top of the left menu.

What you need

  • A Flowera account that can build flows in the workspace (owner or editor).
  • A Claude account at claude.ai.
  • On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner who adds Flowera once (see below).

Connect Claude to Flowera

Flowera is listed in Claude's connector directory, so there is nothing to copy or paste:

  1. Open Claude's connectors page. In Claude, it is Customize → Connectors → Discover.
  2. Search for Flowera (published by Flowera), open it and select Connect to Claude.
  3. Claude sends you to Flowera. Sign in, choose the workspace Claude may work in, and approve.

You approve the connection on Flowera's own sign-in page, the same way you'd connect Google or Meta, and Claude only gets the one workspace you picked. To see exactly what the approval screen lists, read Connecting an app instead of pasting a key.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan

An organization owner adds Flowera for the organization first. Members then open Customize → Connectors, find Flowera, and connect with their own Flowera account and workspace. Until the owner has added it, members see a Request option instead of a connect button.

If you can't find Flowera in the directory

You can add it by its address instead:

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, then choose + Add → Add custom connector.

  2. Name it Flowera and paste this server address:

    https://portal.flowera.ai/api/v1/mcp
  3. Keep the settings Claude suggests and finish with Add. If Claude shows a Connect button, click it, then sign in to Flowera as above.

Start building

Open a new chat in Claude. If Flowera is not switched on for that chat, click + in the message box, open Connectors, and turn Flowera on. Then say what you need in plain words, for example:

Build an assistant for my Instagram account that answers price questions and collects appointment requests.

A few more requests to try:

  • "List my flows and explain what the WhatsApp one does."
  • "Before answering, ask the customer for their name and phone number."
  • "Test the flow with the message 'Do you have a free slot on Saturday?' and show me the reply."

Good to know

  • Connect WhatsApp and Instagram accounts in Flowera, not in Claude. Connect them under Credentials first. Claude can then list them and attach one to your flow.
  • Test before going live. A flow connected to your WhatsApp or Instagram account answers real customers. Ask Claude to run it with a sample message first, and open it on the canvas if you want to check it yourself.
  • Runs are billed as usual. When Claude runs a flow to test it, that run uses your Flowera wallet like any other run. Claude's own usage is part of your Claude plan.

Manage or disconnect

Claude appears in your profile under Connected apps. From there you can see what it may do and which workspace it works in, move it to another workspace, or disconnect it. Disconnecting takes effect immediately.

Troubleshooting

Flowera does not show up in the directory

Cause: Your Claude organization limits which connectors members may use, or the search did not match.

Fix: Search for "Flowera" under Discover. On a Team or Enterprise plan, ask your Claude organization owner to add it. You can also add it by address, as described above.

Claude works in the wrong workspace

Cause: Another workspace was picked on the approval screen.

Fix: Open Connected apps in your Flowera profile and move Claude to the right workspace. You don't need to disconnect and reconnect.
