Team & Access

Flowera is usable alone and built for teams. This section covers who can get into your workspaces and what they're allowed to do there.

Organizations, workspaces, and users

Three layers, from outside in:

LayerWhat it isWhat it holds
AccountYou, identified by your emailThe wallet, and your membership of workspaces
WorkspaceA container for workFlows, credentials, tools, documents, variables, API keys
MembershipA person's place in one workspaceTheir role there

The important consequence: a person's access is per workspace, not global. The same colleague can be an Editor in one workspace and have no access at all to another. There's no account-wide "admin" that sees everything.

Billing sits with the account, not the workspace — every workspace you own draws from the same wallet.

Who can do what

Three built-in roles:

RoleCan readCan create and editCan manage the workspace
OwnerYesYesYes — members, settings, deletion
EditorYesYesNo
ViewerYesNoNo

Details, including exactly which resources each covers, are on Roles & permissions.

One nuance worth knowing up front: Viewer is not a security boundary for secrets. Viewers can see that a credential exists, but nobody — including Owners — can read a stored secret back out. See Credentials.

Where these settings live

What you want to doWhere
See or change who's in a workspaceWorkspace switcher → Workspace Settings
Create another workspaceWorkspace switcher → Create New Workspace
Change your own name, email, or passwordAccount menu → Profile
Export or import a workspace's contentsAccount menu → Export / Import

Everything about other people is under Workspace Settings; everything about you is under Profile.

Plan-dependent

Some screens in this section — custom roles, SSO configuration, login activity, the organisation- wide user list — appear only on plans that include them. If you can't find one in the menu, your workspace doesn't have that feature enabled.
