Credits and Wallet
The wallet is your account's balance. Credit goes in when you top up; it comes out as flows run.
How credits work
One wallet per account, shown in the top bar wherever you are in the app. Every charge — tokens, execution time, per-request tools — is deducted as it happens, so the number in the header is current rather than a monthly estimate.
Credit doesn't expire, with one exception: bonus credit granted by a campaign promotion carries an expiry date. The welcome credit every new account receives is not one of those — it has no expiry.
Buying credits
Click the balance in the top bar to open the wallet dialog. It offers two things:
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Save my card | Stores a card for later without charging it. Free |
| Add credits | Charges the amount you choose and credits it immediately |
Payments are processed by Stripe. Flowera never sees or stores your card number.
Saving a card is what makes auto-recharge possible. It is not required for the welcome credit, which arrives with the account.
Saved cards
A saved card can be used for manual top-ups and for automatic recharges. Manage it — replace it, remove it — from Profile → Billing.
Removing the only saved card turns auto-recharge off, because there's nothing left to charge. If you're replacing an expiring card, add the new one before removing the old one; a card that expires with auto-recharge armed produces exactly the failure the feature was meant to prevent.
Transaction history
Every movement in and out is recorded: top-ups, bonuses, and per-run deductions, each with a date, an amount, and a description.
Use it to answer questions the Usage Dashboard can't. The dashboard shows usage — what your flows consumed. The transaction history shows money — including top-ups, refunds, and expiring bonuses, which never appear as usage. When the two don't reconcile, the difference is almost always a bonus expiring.
Who can spend it
The wallet belongs to the account, and all of that account's workspaces draw from it. A flow in one workspace and a flow in another spend the same balance.
That's worth knowing if you run client work in separate workspaces: the separation is for resources, not for billing. The Usage Dashboard is what tells you which workspace spent what.
